  • Switch fully from vegetarian to vegan

  • Buy a bikini and wear it to the beach

  • Run a 10K without stopping in under an hour
  • Run a marathon
  • Finish a Marathon
  • Do a triathlon
  • Climb mount Kenya
  • Do yoga Daily
  • Take pole-dancing lessons
  • Go white water rafting
  • take a vacation on the beach and rent a beach house
  • One Day run the NYC marathon or Boston or Chicago
  • Run the London Marathon
