Day 116: Happy Holidays and Day two detox

Guess who ran on Christmas day??? This Girl. 3 miles and my december run everyday challenge is still on 🙂

I’m going to follow my detox plan today. green smoothie and lemon water for breakfast, a lot of fresh veggies for lunch and  soup for dinner. Tons of water  and green tea to keep myself full and hold off temptation.

Day 114: Prepare for Christmas

I know we are all looking for ways to either lose or at least maintain our weight this festive season and so I found something that might help.
