Last week 168.2

Today 169.4

This week was a gain. Can’t explain why. Never went over my calories. Logged in about 70k total in runs.
I’m not going to freak out. I’m sure it’s not a fat gain.
my stomach has been out o sorts this whole week. I need something to set it right.
next week I’m plan on going hard on the marathon training. I think my body has sufficiently recovered.
