1 large onion
1/2 green pepper chopped

1 tbsp mixes spices (marjoram, sage,
-boil lentils untruly soft (about 30 minutes)
– put onions and olive oil in a pot and cook until brown.
-add tomatoes and chilli cube.
-add in the shredded carrots and spices and cook until soft.
-add in the lentils with the water used for boiling (no losing nutrients.
-add water to desired thickness.
-cook for 15-20 minutes on low heat.
