Day 6

I’m sick with the flu andball I can think aboutvis eating carbs. Its also TOM and this being my first day, I have horrible cramps. I took a bunch of pain medicine and decided to skip the gym.
however, I made myself go for an hour walk and got in 5.5K. it was slow and painful but at least I got in some type of workout.
Hopefully I’ll be feeling better tomorrow and bake it to the gym.
